The Youth and Young Adult Group Residence and the Young Adult Supported Living programs support individuals (males and females) referred by the Department of Children and Families. The group residence serves seven young adults 17-22 years old while the supported living program serves two young adults 18-22 years old. The programs focus on building independent living skills and supporting the transition to young adulthood. Staff focus on goals such as living within a budget to save money, food shop and cook, do their own laundry, utilize transportation, complete an educational program, and obtain employment.
Open Sky is seeking a motivated, experienced, teamwork-oriented Clinician to join our team. Here, you will work alongside a dedicated, clinically sophisticated workforce and have opportunities to build clinical best practices and be a part of a long-term team utilizing the principles of Wraparound as well as other evidence-based practices. They work in conjunction with the team to facilitate safe, stable, permanent connections for each youth. They will work to prepare youth for permanency and assist youth in identifying caring adults, and with their readiness to live in the family and community. Other Key Responsibilities:
Master's Degree in social services field and independent licensure (LMHC or LICSW), required. Prior experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families, required.
