Open Sky's Respite Programs are short-term group living environments that provide treatment of intermittent crisis and stabilization for adults who are diagnosed with a mental health and/or substance use disorder. The goal of the Respite program is to work collaboratively with individuals to develop skills to maintain their independence in the community and live a life that is not defined by their mental illness.
The clinician works as the provider and consultant for each person served as part of the multidisciplinary team. They screen, enroll and complete intake documentation for individuals served and ensure timely completion of clinical assessments and treatment plans. They also provide clinical consultation to the program, staff and individuals served on an ongoing basis.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Master’s Degree in Social Services field with current licensure or license eligibility, required. Previous experience working with adults with mental health challenges, a valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record required.
Open Sky is proud to have a competitive compensation model for clinicians. In addition to FREE CEU’s and PAID licensure, clinicians are compensated in a range based on current licensure and experience:
