The Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) program is an evidence-based, wrap-around service model for individuals with a dual-diagnosis of a mental health and substance use disorder who would benefit from individualized, community-based support. IDDT is composed of a highly integrated, multi-disciplinary team including a clinician, navigators, and recovery coaches. Individuals are provided support through person-centered treatment plans in the settings where they are most comfortable, including in the home or other community locations with the goal of empowering individuals to explore the various pathways to recovery for both mental health and substance use.
The IDDT Clinicians will be responsible for completing the initial and ongoing assessments of Individual's served for risk/protective factors in accordance with agency risk assessment protocol. They will also build person-centered relationships with Individuals and create Treatment Plans utilizing shared understanding of Individual’s goals and strengths. Additionally, the Clinician will provide short term therapy and clinical support to individuals served.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Master’s Degree in Social Services field, experience working with adults with mental health challenges, a valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record required.

LCSW | $67,000- $68,000 |
