The Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) program is an evidence-based, wrap-around service model for individuals with a dual-diagnosis of a mental health and substance use disorder who would benefit from individualized, community-based support. IDDT is composed of a highly integrated, multi-disciplinary team including a clinician, navigators, and recovery coaches. Individuals are provided support through person-centered treatment plans in the settings where they are most comfortable, including in the home or other community locations with the goal of empowering individuals to explore the various pathways to recovery for both mental health and substance use. 

The IDDT Clinicians will be responsible for completing the initial and ongoing assessments of Individual's served for risk/protective factors in accordance with agency risk assessment protocol. They will also build person-centered relationships with Individuals and create Treatment Plans utilizing shared understanding of Individual’s goals and strengths. Additionally, the Clinician will provide short term therapy and clinical support to individuals served.

 

Other Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all paperwork from intake to discharge as required
• Identify trauma informed engagement strategies with consideration of the Individual's environment, goals, and preferences.
• Develop and assist in implementation of Safety Plans with individuals served.
• Provide individual and family evidence-based clinical support in accordance with the Individual's Treatment Plan.
• Facilitate and/ or co-facilitate Seeking Safety and other recovery skills clinical groups.

Master’s Degree in Social Services field, experience working with adults with mental health challenges, a valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record required.

 

Open Sky is proud to have a competitive compensation model for clinicians. In addition to FREE CEU’s and PAID licensure, clinicians are compensated in a range based on current licensure and experience:

Master’s Degree, no license	$60,000 - $61,000
Pathway to LMHC/LMFT	$63,000- $64,000
LCSW	$67,000- $68,000
Independent License (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC I)	$69,000 -$70,000
