Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide direct support to individuals served ensuring daily living needs and basic health needs are met. 
• Maintain a safe yet challenging atmosphere; create a supportive environment that will enhance individual growth.
• Follow record-keeping procedures and communicate pertinent information to regular staff via written and verbal means.
• If placed in an awake overnight shift, must remain awake and alert for the entirety of shift.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.  Alternative education/experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
