Open Sky has more than 20 years of experience in outreach and care coordination for homeless individuals – often with co-occurring mental health diagnoses or substance use disorder – and their family members. Across our homeless programs, we provide a range of emergency and long-term services housing searches and subsidies, employment and education support, and mental health and substance use disorder counseling. Open Sky's housing programs includes our Aggressive Treatment and Relapse Prevention, Housing Initiative Program and South County Housing Assistance Program.
The Division Director ensures the successful achievement of the divisions goals and objectives, oversees and implements the operations and requirements of services and provides oversight of program leadership in the management of their programs. They communicate with DPH, ACO’s, Mass health, EOHHS, health care, Justice entities, For Health consulting and other stakeholders.
