Open Sky is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our in-house Maintenance team! The Maintenance Technician will collaborate with the Property Manager to develop routine and preventative maintenance schedules for properties within their assigned territory. They will also plan, initiate and execute projects, troubleshoot any repair/maintenance issues arising from the building’s utility systems which can include electrical, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and fire protection.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with experience in property maintenance, including knowledge and practice of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills and has working knowledge of safety procedures and building code regulations.
