Description and Responsibilities

Open Sky’s Fiscal Services team is in search of an Accounts Receivable Administrator with experience in non-profit revenue accounting to support the preparation and processing of monthly billing for state, federal grants, cost reimbursement contracts and other funders.  They will also generate reports needed for cost reimbursement billing and maintain records as required by payers. The ideal candidate will have experience with non-profit revenue accounting, virtual gateway and state contract and/or grant billing. 

 

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in month end reconciliation of contract revenue.
  • Investigate and correct billing discrepancies or denials as needed.
  • Monitor revenue email and assist with inquiries, questions, or concerns promptly.
  • Assist in payment application of state contract and grant payments.
  • Review and follow up on aged receivables to ensure prompt payment for services rendered.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience with non-profit revenue accounting, highly preferred.
  • Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving history, required.
